We have 3 Finn’s Focus areas, mental health, bereavement and family supports. We offer emergency bill pay such as mortgage, rent, utilities, pay for mental health therapy through Ellie mental health and are increasing our bereaving supports including sadly funeral assistance and end of life support.

SGT ANTHONY PARTICK MUHLSTADT FOUNDATION

The Sgt. Anthony Patrick Muhlstadt Foundation was born out of both heartbreak and hope, in honor of my son, Sgt. Anthony Muhlstadt, who died by suicide while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Our mission is to ensure no service member or veteran ever feels forgotten, unseen, or without hope.
We provide programs that reach directly into the military and veteran community with compassion and action:

Suicide Prevention Training: Hosting two-day Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) workshops to equip active duty service members, veterans, and community members with the tools to recognize crisis and intervene to save lives.

Connection & Support: Our “Adopt a Hero” program builds bonds between service members and caring supporters, reminding them they are never alone and always valued.

Scholarships & Recognition: We award scholarships and grants for military youth, including support for Xtreme Military Challenge Camp, and we proudly sponsor the Northeast High School JROTC Leadership Award to encourage the next generation of strong, resilient leaders.

Resources for Service Members: We provide practical resources, guidance, and connections for both active-duty personnel and veterans to ensure they can access the care and support they need.

Awareness & Advocacy: Partnering with military units, veteran organizations, and communities, we shine a light on mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about suicide prevention.

Collaboration: We unite with like-minded organizations to strengthen impact and expand outreach in support of our nation’s heroes.

Every initiative we lead carries Anthony’s legacy forward and reflects our unwavering commitment: to save lives, strengthen families, and remind every warrior that their story matters and their life has meaning.
